Ankur Education Consultancy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the JLPT/JFT Practice – Learn Korean mobile application (the "App") and the website jlptjftlearnjapnese.com (the "Site").

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account:

• Your profile data is deleted within 30 days of your deletion request
• Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Anonymised/aggregated usage data may be kept indefinitely for analytics purposes

Our App and services are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
